Firewood RacksFirewood racks are storage racks made from metal or wood that are used for housing small amounts of wood. They are very convenient items because they provide a way to store some firewood very close to your burning area. Racks vary in size and can be used for both indoor and outdoor storage.
Personally, I have a one that I keep on my back porch that holds enough wood for a weekend of burning. It's perfect because I can fill it up 2-3 times a week from my shed and it acts as a convenient middle-man type of storage solution. It looks nice and lets me keep my firewood even closer to my living room.
Can I use it inside?Sure! How you use the rack is entirely your decision. Many people use them for indoor storage. I prefer to use firewood carts for indoor storage, but racks works great too.
Log racks are made in many different sizes, shapes, designs and colors. If you are looking to find one that complements the inside of your house, you probably won't have a problem.
